Example engagement: an anonymised scenario showing how we approach this type of problem. Figures are illustrative targets, not a published client result.

Context

A UAE restaurant group with 12 branches was opening its first location in Riyadh. At home, most diners found them through Google Maps, but Business Profiles were inconsistent and reviews went unanswered. In Saudi Arabia, the brand had no awareness at all and a fixed opening date. This is an example engagement that illustrates how we work; the client is anonymised and the figures are illustrative.

Objective

Fill the Riyadh restaurant from opening week at a sustainable cost per reservation, and turn the 12 UAE branches into the obvious choice in local map results, so every market pulled its weight without separate agencies for each channel.

Approach

Each market got the channel mix its audience actually uses.

  • Snapchat-first in KSA: Snapchat reaches the large majority of Saudi internet users, so the launch led with Snap Ads, Story formats and creator content in Saudi dialect, supported by TikTok and Instagram.
  • Reservation tracking: Snap CAPI and Meta Conversions API connected to the booking system, so campaigns optimised on real reservations.
  • Local SEO in the UAE: 12 Google Business Profiles rebuilt with consistent details, menus, photos and categories, plus Apple Business Connect and Bing Places.
  • Reviews programme: QR prompts at the table and a response playbook in English and Arabic.
  • Seasonality: a Ramadan iftar and suhoor plan in both markets, with budgets shifted to evening hours.

Result

In a scenario like this, matching channel to market pays off fast. Over sixteen weeks in this illustration, cost per reservation fell 38% from the first month's baseline, map-pack actions such as calls, directions and bookings rose 65% across the UAE branches, and branded search in Riyadh grew 22% after launch.
