Search, PMax & Shopping

What is Google Ads & PPC?

PPC (pay-per-click) advertising means paying only when someone clicks your ad, and in the UAE that mostly means Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube. ScaleFieldLab is a PPC company in Dubai that manages Google Ads for UAE and GCC brands, built around the searches that lead to revenue and the conversions your CRM can confirm.

Search captures demand that already exists, so the job is precision. We split brand from non-brand so you can see what is genuinely new business, run Arabic keywords with Arabic ads, and use Performance Max only where tracking and product feeds can support it. Smart Bidding learns from whatever you call a conversion, so we feed it qualified leads and sales, not every form fill.

Is This For You?

Who it’s for, honestly

Google Ads & PPC works best when a few things are already true. Here’s how to tell before you book a call.

You’ll get the most from us if…

  • People search Google for what you sell, in English, Arabic or both
  • You can share CRM or order data so we can import what became revenue
  • You can hold a budget steady for three months while bidding learns
  • You want brand and non-brand results reported separately

We’re probably not the right fit if…

  • Hardly anyone searches for your product yet (Meta or TikTok will build demand faster)
  • You want ads switched on today without fixing tracking first
  • Your sector is restricted on Google and you don’t hold the licences to advertise

Not sure? Tell us where you are. If we’re not the right team, we’ll say so and point you to someone who is.

What’s Included

Inside our Google Ads & PPC service

Six things you get, what each one means in practice, and the tools we use to deliver them.

  • 01

    Account and search-term audit

Search terms, structure, bidding and wasted spend reviewed.

We read your search terms report line by line and check conversion actions, bidding, match types, location settings and policy status. Common leaks include broad match without negatives, and location settings that also reach people who are merely interested in the UAE.

  • 02

    Search in English and Arabic

Brand and non-brand split, Arabic keywords with Arabic ads.

Brand and non-brand campaigns are kept apart so brand searches don’t flatter the results. Arabic searches get Arabic keywords, ads and landing pages, including the spelling variants and transliterations people actually type.

  • 03

    Performance Max and Shopping

Clean Merchant Center feeds, PMax with brand exclusions.

For e-commerce, a Merchant Center feed with accurate titles, prices and stock, then Shopping or Performance Max. Brand exclusions stop PMax taking credit for searches you’d win anyway, and search themes and asset groups steer it towards the right buyers.

  • 04

    Enhanced and offline conversions

CRM outcomes fed back so Smart Bidding learns from sales.

Google Ads and GA4 tags with Consent Mode v2 and enhanced conversions, plus qualified leads or closed sales imported from your CRM. Google suggests judging Target CPA over 30 days with at least 30 conversions, so we choose goals that can reach that volume.

  • 05

    Landing pages

Message-matched pages that load fast on mobile.

A page for each intent, matching the words in the search and the ad, built to load quickly on mobile and tested continuously. A better page lowers cost per lead on every keyword at once.

  • 06

    Budget, bidding and reporting

Weekly search-term reviews, budget moves and a plain note.

Weekly search-term and negative keyword reviews, bid strategy checks and budget moved to the campaigns with the best cost per qualified lead or ROAS. Seasonal plans cover Ramadan, Eid, DSF and White Friday, when search behaviour and competition shift.

  • Runs on the tools you already use

Measurement First

How a conversion reaches the ad platforms

Ads only get smarter from the signals that arrive. Here’s the path a single lead or sale takes, where it leaks, and how server-side tracking recovers it.

Illustrative

Browser and server together. The server path recovers most of what the browser drops, adds hashed email and phone, and your CRM feeds real outcomes back.

  • Browser signal (client-side)
  • Server signal (CAPI)
  • Offline conversion from CRM
  • Signal lost

Figures are illustrative. Real recovery depends on your audience’s browsers, devices and consent rates. We measure yours in the audit.

  1. 1. Consent comes first

Consent Mode v2 and the UAE PDPL decide what can be sent, on both paths. Server-side isn’t a loophole: if someone says no, nothing that identifies them leaves your site.

  2. 2. The browser leaks

Ad-blockers, Safari’s Intelligent Tracking Prevention and short cookie lifetimes drop a real share of pixel events before Meta or Google ever sees them.

  3. 3. The server fills the gap

Your server-side GTM container sends the same event to each platform’s API, with hashed email or phone that lifts match quality. A shared event_id stops it being counted twice.

  4. 4. Your CRM closes the loop

When a lead turns qualified or won, we send that back as an offline conversion. The platforms then optimise toward revenue, not just form fills.

How It Works

The first 90 days of Google Ads & PPC

  1. Step 1: Audit & Track

Days 1–14. Account audit, conversion tracking rebuilt with enhanced conversions and Consent Mode, and CRM outcomes connected so Google learns from real business.

  2. Step 2: Rebuild

Days 15–30. Brand and non-brand Search, Arabic ad groups, negative lists and, for e-commerce, a cleaned Merchant Center feed. Smart Bidding starts on a realistic target.

  3. Step 3: Test

Days 31–60. Ad copy, landing pages and match types tested. Performance Max is added where tracking and volume support it, with brand exclusions on.

  4. Step 4: Scale

Days 61–90. Budget moves to the campaigns with the best cost per qualified lead or ROAS, targets are tightened, and brand and non-brand are reported separately.

A Week With Us

A normal week, once we’re running

No monthly black box. Here’s what happens on your account in a typical week, and what lands in your inbox on Friday.

  1. Mon

    Spend check

Pacing, cost per qualified lead and ROAS by campaign, with anomalies flagged.

  2. Tue

    Search terms

Search terms read, new negatives added and new keyword ideas logged.

  3. Wed

    Tests

Ad copy and landing page variants checked and rotated.

  4. Thu

    Budget moves

Money shifts to the campaigns that pay back, with a line on why.

  5. Fri

    The weekly note

Brand and non-brand results, what we changed and what’s next.
