When ad platforms and your CRM disagree, you don't have an attribution problem. You have a data problem.
martech: Marketing technology, CRM & tracking agency in Dubai
Tracking & CRM
What is Marketing Technology?
Marketing technology (martech) is the stack that captures, connects and acts on customer data, and ScaleFieldLab is a marketing technology agency in Dubai that designs, implements and maintains it for UAE businesses. That means analytics, tracking, consent, CRM and automation working as one system rather than a pile of disconnected tools.
When martech breaks, ad platforms optimise on bad signals, sales and marketing argue about numbers, and nobody knows what works. We build stacks that are accurate, automated and PDPL-aware from the first tag, with documentation and training so your team can run them without calling us for every change.

What’s Included
Inside our Marketing Technology service
- 01
Analytics
GA4 setup and audit, event design, custom channel groups that separate AI assistant traffic, and Looker Studio or BI dashboards that show the numbers your leadership actually asks for, not a wall of charts.
- 02
Server-side tracking
Server-side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Snap CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions and offline conversion imports, so platforms receive verified conversions even with ad blockers and browser privacy limits.
- 03
Consent and privacy
Google Consent Mode v2, a consent management platform, PDPL-aligned consent records and working opt-outs. We design for DIFC and ADGM rules where they apply and work alongside your legal counsel.
- 04
CRM implementation
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Pipedrive setup and migration, with pipelines, lead scoring, routing and a clean sales handover. We recommend the CRM that fits your process, not the one with the best partner margin.
- 05
Marketing automation
Email, SMS and WhatsApp journeys, lead nurturing and lifecycle segmentation, connected to forms, ads, CRM and e-commerce through native connectors, n8n, Make or custom APIs where nothing off the shelf fits.
- 06
Attribution and measurement
Multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling for larger budgets, so budget decisions rest on what actually drove revenue rather than on whichever platform claims the most credit.

How It Works
Our MarTech process

Step 1: Stack Audit
Weeks 1–2. We inventory what's installed, what fires, what's duplicated and what's lost, then reconcile platform numbers against your backend or CRM to size the gap.
Step 2: Measurement Plan
Week 3. Events, conversions, data flow diagram and consent logic, documented and agreed before a single tag changes, so everyone knows what each number means.
Step 3: Implement & QA
Weeks 4–6. We build in staging, validate every event, check event match quality and reconcile against the backend before switching anything live in production.
Step 4: Enable
Week 7 onward. Dashboards, documentation and team training, followed by monthly health checks and alerts so broken tracking gets caught in hours, not quarters.

FAQ
Marketing Technology questions, answered

Server-side tracking sends conversion data from your server instead of the visitor's browser, so it stays accurate despite ad blockers and browser privacy limits. If you spend meaningful budgets on Meta, Google, TikTok or Snapchat, it usually pays back through better optimisation. It must still respect consent, which we build in from the start.
Yes. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you need a lawful basis, usually consent, for marketing, plus clear notices, a working opt-out and records of consent. DIFC and ADGM entities follow their own data protection regimes. We build tracking and CRM flows that respect these rules, and you should confirm specifics with your legal counsel.
HubSpot is the most common choice for marketing-led teams, Zoho is strong on price and regional use, and Salesforce suits complex enterprise sales with many teams. Pipedrive works well for small, sales-led teams. We recommend based on your sales process, integrations and budget in AED, not on partner incentives.
Yes. We connect the WhatsApp Business API to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or your CRM of choice, so every conversation and lead lands in the CRM with its source and campaign attached. Sales sees the full history, marketing sees which ads created real conversations, and opt-outs are respected automatically.
If you run Google Ads or GA4 and serve visitors from the EU or UK, Consent Mode v2 is required to keep full measurement and remarketing. For UAE-only audiences it is still the cleanest way to honour PDPL consent choices while keeping modelled conversions. We set it up alongside a consent banner that records every choice.
