Context
A mid-sized Dubai real estate brokerage was generating hundreds of portal and WhatsApp enquiries a week. Agents answered when they could, often hours later, and many buyers had already spoken to three other brokers by then. Lead details lived in personal phones rather than the CRM. This is an example engagement that illustrates how we work; the client is anonymised and the figures are illustrative.

Objective
Answer every enquiry within a minute, day or night, in English or Arabic. Qualify buyers and tenants on budget, area, timeline and financing, then book viewings straight into agents' calendars and the CRM, without losing the personal touch that closes deals in Dubai property.
Approach
We started with a two-week AI Opportunity Sprint, then built one agent end to end.
- WhatsApp Business API agent: a bilingual agent grounded in live listings, pricing bands and brokerage policies, so it answers from facts rather than guesses.
- Qualification flow: natural questions on budget, community, property type, move-in date and mortgage status, scored against the brokerage's own criteria.
- Booking and CRM: qualified leads receive viewing slots from agent calendars, and every conversation lands in the CRM with its source listing and campaign.
- Human handover: clear escalation rules pass complex or high-value conversations to a named agent instantly.
- Governance: PDPL-aware consent messaging, data minimisation, logging and weekly accuracy reviews of real conversations.

Result
In a scenario like this, speed is the whole game. In this illustration, median first response time fell from around four hours to 30 seconds, 60% of leads were qualified automatically, and viewings booked rose 41% over the first eight weeks. Agents spent their time with serious buyers instead of chasing cold enquiries, and management could see the full pipeline in one place for the first time.
