Context
A clinic group with several branches across Dubai and Sharjah ran an ageing website that was slow on mobile, English-only and ended every journey in a generic contact form. Patients called instead, or booked elsewhere. Paid campaigns sent traffic to pages that didn't match the ads. This is an example engagement that illustrates how we work; the client is anonymised and the figures are illustrative.

Objective
Rebuild the site so patients can find the right doctor, branch and time slot in a few taps, in English or Arabic, while keeping existing search rankings, respecting DHA advertising rules and handling personal data in line with the UAE PDPL.
Approach
We designed the booking journey first and built the site around it.
- Booking funnel: specialty, doctor, branch and slot selection connected to the clinic's scheduling system, with confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp.
- Bilingual build: a Next.js site with proper right-to-left Arabic pages, native copy and correct hreflang.
- Performance: optimised images, a UAE-region CDN and lean scripts to hit Core Web Vitals on mid-range phones.
- SEO migration: every ranking URL mapped to a redirect, plus Physician, MedicalClinic and FAQ schema for doctor and treatment pages.
- Privacy-first tracking: server-side tracking that sends booking events without health details to ad platforms, with consent recorded under PDPL.

Result
In a scenario like this, a faster, clearer path to booking changes behaviour quickly. Over fourteen weeks in this illustration, online appointment bookings rose 57%, mobile LCP improved from 5.2 to 1.9 seconds, and cost per booked appointment from paid search fell 29%, with organic traffic retained through the migration.
