ROAS is a ratio. Profit pays the bills.

Growth that survives returns, COD and peak season
Selling online in the UAE has its own maths. Some cash-on-delivery orders are refused at the door. Shoppers ask questions on WhatsApp before they buy. Tabby and Tamara change basket sizes, and Ramadan moves every year.
We run ecommerce marketing as one system. A Shopify store that converts on mobile, in English and Arabic. Server-side tracking you can trust. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Shopping campaigns tested on fresh creative every week. WhatsApp flows that confirm orders and bring customers back.
Every channel is judged on delivered, paid orders and margin, not on the ROAS a platform reports about itself.
- Shopify and D2C brands selling in the UAE and GCC
- Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Shopping, WhatsApp, email
- GA4, server-side tagging and conversion APIs
- Delivered orders, MER and contribution margin

FAQ
Your questions, answered

It grows profitable orders across your store and ad channels. For UAE brands that usually means paid social and Google Shopping, a store that converts on mobile, tracking you can trust, WhatsApp and email flows for repeat orders, and reporting on delivered revenue and margin rather than platform ROAS.
Yes. Caleums and The Watch Scanner, two of our current clients, both run on Shopify, and for The Watch Scanner we’re connecting it to Odoo and a shared WhatsApp inbox. If you run WooCommerce, Salla or Zid, we can usually work with it; we confirm on the first call.
Confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch, ask for a location pin, flag repeat refusers and mismatched numbers, and give a reason to pay online with card, Tabby or Tamara. Then we track the refusal rate by area and courier so you can see what changed.
Meta and Google Shopping are the usual base. TikTok and Snapchat matter for younger audiences and for Saudi Arabia. The right mix depends on your product, price and margin, so we test and move budget weekly on delivered orders.
Often, as a channel alongside your own store rather than instead of it. Marketplaces bring demand but own the customer relationship and set the fees. We plan pricing, stock and ads so the marketplace and your store don’t bid against each other.
There is no universal number. Break-even ROAS is 1 divided by your contribution margin, so at a 40% margin it is 2.5. Above that, on delivered orders, you make money. We also watch blended MER so no single platform takes credit for everything.
ScaleFieldLab retainers start from AED 15,000 per month, excluding ad spend and VAT, and fixed-fee audits start from AED 7,500. A tracking and store audit is often the right first step; see our pricing page for what each plan includes.
